Job Summary
As an HR Generalist at AVIAREPS in Munich, you will serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert advice on personnel and labor law matters. Your daily responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, from drafting employment contracts and managing the recruitment process to handling preparatory payroll in collaboration with an external service provider. You will play a proactive role in optimizing HR processes, driving employer branding initiatives, and managing occupational health and safety. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Practical experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience in personnel administration and contract management
- Experience with HR software systems, preferably Workday
- Proven experience in independent and proactive work styles
