This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and administration for the iTWO ERP system within the HEGEMANN-REINERS Group. As the primary point of contact for users in calculation, billing, construction management, and purchasing, you will manage user rights, develop print templates, and create detailed reports. A significant portion of the role focuses on the technical advancement of the software, including BIM integration, interface management, and process automation. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting both in-person and online training sessions, ensuring high system availability and rapid response times for support requests. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between technical IT infrastructure and construction-specific business processes.
