As a Project Manager for Offshore Operations Readiness, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between construction and long-term operation for offshore energy assets. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve drafting and revising maintenance and EPCI contracts, managing complex interfaces, and developing strategic maintenance concepts for offshore wind farms or grid connections. You will be responsible for contract management, stakeholder coordination, and the meticulous planning of project handovers using tools like MS Project. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in managing and coordinating high-volume maintenance contracts
  • Practical knowledge in the operation of offshore grid connection systems or offshore wind farms is preferred
  • Experience in planning and controlling project-to-operations handovers
