Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Head of Finance and Administration at an independent software and IT consulting firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general office operations, handling reception duties, and coordinating travel arrangements. On the financial side, you will assist with preparatory payroll tasks, issue outgoing invoices, and verify incoming invoices and delivery notes. The position serves as a central point of contact for clients, business partners, and employees.
