Job Summary

As the Head of the IT Department at Evangelische Dienste Duisburg (EDD), you will lead and manage a dedicated four-person ITC team within one of Duisburg's largest social service providers. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the stability, security, and smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure across its 17 nursing homes and various outpatient facilities. You will be responsible for the strategic development of ITC systems, as well as the planning and execution of critical IT projects. This role focuses heavily on the standardization and continuous improvement of existing ITC processes to support approximately 2,500 employees.
