Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical and control cabinet production department to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for proactive capacity planning and the coordination of new production launches. A significant part of your daily activities will include optimizing production processes and workflows while actively shaping change management initiatives. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, with a specific focus on mentoring apprentices, and collaborate closely with other manufacturing executives on strategic decisions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a comparable degree. Instructor aptitude certification (Ausbildereignung) is required.

Experience

  • Professional leadership experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar production environment
  • Extensive experience in plant engineering or industrial production
  • Proven track record in process optimization and workflow management
  • Experience in managing production launches and capacity planning
  • Practical experience using ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
