Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician to provide crucial on-site support for IT workstations in Kassel, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workspaces, as well as troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for end-users. Key duties include managing incidents through a ticketing system, documenting work processes thoroughly, and providing support for Windows devices and printers.
