Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital evolution and optimization of business processes and administrative services within the Public Health Department of the Ebersberg District Office. You will be responsible for analyzing functional processes, identifying suitable digital solutions, and managing IT projects from conception to implementation, including budget and resource control. A significant part of the role focuses on change management, where you will guide organizational development and ensure user acceptance through workshops and training. Acting as a vital interface between IT departments, external partners, and the health department, you will ensure the successful rollout of digital strategies. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, qualification as a Public Administration Specialist (BL II) or Civil Service eligibility for the 3rd qualification level.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the conception and implementation of digitalization and transformation projects
  • Experience in developing digital strategies
  • Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes is preferred
  • Experience in change management and conducting workshops or user training is desirable
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects from conception to rollout

  • The role is based in Ebersberg (East of Munich). Applicants must be able to attend interviews scheduled for the 19th calendar week of 2026. The position is full-time at 39 hours per week.
