As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, handling technical issues through both remote support and on-site service. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, documenting, and prioritizing incoming incident reports using a ticketing system. You will provide initial solutions using standardized tools and escalate more complex hardware or software problems to second-level support. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and direct user interaction. The position is hosted by one of Europe's leading IT service providers, offering a stable 40-hour work week with a shift schedule between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience using standardized support tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience in providing on-site technical service and user assistance
