Job Summary

As a Team Engineering Lead for the Security Mastery team at Dynatrace, you will serve as the 'security conscience' of the engineering organization. You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 15 security engineers, overseeing the delivery of secure, high-quality software services across all R&D capabilities. Your day-to-day involves defining security roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers and Architects, managing dependencies, and removing blockers to ensure predictable delivery. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving career development, and scaling the team through recruitment.
