Job Summary
This role involves leading and coordinating technology transfer projects for clinical and commercial production within a global pharmaceutical environment. Operating out of the Linz production site, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of new processes and products into a GMP manufacturing environment. Day-to-day activities include planning scale-up activities, process validations, and equipment qualifications, while maintaining rigorous technical documentation such as risk analyses and SOPs. You will act as a critical bridge between local and global departments, including development, quality, and engineering. Required Skills
Education
University degree (University or FH) in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable natural science field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within technology transfer, process development, or production
- Proven experience in coordinating complex projects and project management
- Extensive experience working with GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
