Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, development, and troubleshooting of a modern IT infrastructure environment, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and end-user devices. Working alongside external outsourcing partners, you will play a hands-on role in incident, problem, and change management. Your daily tasks involve executing rollouts, migrations, and updates, while continuously improving security baselines and technical standards. This position is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys deep-dive problem analysis and pragmatic solution implementation rather than pure coordination or reporting. You will act as a technical sparring partner for the Service Desk, ensuring sustainable error correction and high-quality documentation. The role offers a high degree of creative freedom within an international industrial group, focusing on technical excellence and infrastructure stability without the burden of disciplinary leadership responsibilities.
