Job Summary
As a Master Electrician or Electrical Production Supervisor, you will serve as the critical link between electrical assembly and production management. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning, monitoring, and ensuring that project-specific goals regarding deadlines and quality are met. You will lead technical staff, organize work schedules, and manage project documentation, including production orders and technical drawings. Beyond supervision, you will be responsible for process optimization, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining administrative records such as test protocols and serial number lists. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys refining production workflows and ensuring high-quality output in a plant and mechanical engineering environment. The position is particularly attractive as it offers a responsible leadership role with no shift work, a permanent contract, and a collaborative atmosphere where you can actively implement your own ideas for operational improvement.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrical Technician (Elektrotechniker) with Master Craftsman certification (Meister) preferred.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Foreman or Team Lead
- Several years of experience in plant and mechanical engineering
- Proven experience in technical personnel management and work scheduling
- Experience in production monitoring and quality control
- Professional background in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and circuit diagrams
