Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in FH), Administrative Specialist with ALII/BLII qualification, or a comparable degree such as Bachelor of Laws (3rd Qualification Level).
Experience
- Professional leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- Extensive experience in public sector personnel, budget, and procurement law
- Proven track record in financial management and controlling
- Professional experience in administrative process optimization and digitalization
- Experience with third-party funding and grant management is preferred
