Job Summary

Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in software applications, computer science, or several years of equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in software application support or system administration
- Practical experience working with database management systems such as MariaDB, MySQL, or MS SQL
- Experience in managing Linux Server operating systems
- Proven track record in customer-oriented service and support processes
- Experience with scripting (BASH) and automation tools (ANSIBLE) is preferred
