As an Application Specialist and Software Coordinator at antonius, you will serve as the central link between the HR department, operational units, and software providers. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating and optimizing the use of 'Connext Vivendi' software across the entire network. You will manage user accounts and permissions, monitor electronic sick leave (eAU) notifications, and oversee payroll-relevant verification steps. A significant part of the role includes acting as the primary contact for duty scheduling and digital application processes, as well as conducting staff training.
