As a Plant Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of production processes for nutritional supplements, focusing on pharmaceutical and complex nutraceutical softgels. Your day-to-day will involve planning, executing, and meticulously documenting the qualification and re-qualification of new and existing production plants and equipment, adhering strictly to GMP and HACCP standards. You will also validate processes, support the commissioning of new lines, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
