As a Project Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and organizational strategy, ensuring that data is used responsibly, legally, and sustainably. Your daily activities will involve coordinating key digitalization projects, such as municipal apps, while acting as a primary communicator to make digital transformation transparent and engaging for both the administration and the public. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Administrative Sciences, Business Informatics, Governance, Urban Studies, Change Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in building organizational governance and compliance structures
  • Experience in managing or coordinating digital transformation projects
  • Experience in strategic communication or public relations for complex technical topics
  • Professional experience working in interdisciplinary and cross-departmental project teams
  • Experience with role-based access control and permission systems in data-driven organizations
