Job Summary
This role is central to the City of Aschaffenburg's digital evolution, focusing on the strategic development and implementation of a city-wide data governance structure. As a Project Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and organizational strategy, ensuring that data is used responsibly, legally, and sustainably. Your daily activities will involve coordinating key digitalization projects, such as municipal apps, while acting as a primary communicator to make digital transformation transparent and engaging for both the administration and the public. This includes managing social media channels and organizing events. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and wants to shape the future of public service. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Administrative Sciences, Business Informatics, Governance, Urban Studies, Change Management, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in building organizational governance and compliance structures
- Experience in managing or coordinating digital transformation projects
- Experience in strategic communication or public relations for complex technical topics
- Professional experience working in interdisciplinary and cross-departmental project teams
- Experience with role-based access control and permission systems in data-driven organizations
