Job Summary

As an HR Specialist for the Stuttgart Real Estate Office, you will be the primary contact for all personnel and organizational matters, supporting both leadership and employees. Your daily tasks will involve the full spectrum of HR administration, from recruiting and organizing job interviews with department heads to managing employee departures. You'll also contribute to job evaluations, staffing plans, and organizational changes, while addressing cross-departmental HR topics like BEM (Company Integration Management) and analyzing HR key figures. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Management (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/-in or Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent qualification; alternatively, a certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/-in or Angestelltenlehrgang II) or willingness to complete it soon.

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources administration
  • Experience with HR-related IT applications like SAP and KM-Personal
