Job Summary
As a (Senior) AI Engineer, you will act as a 'future architect' for clients, integrating advanced AI developments into existing workflows. Your daily responsibilities include the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate business processes and drive innovation. You will work within the 'Data & AI' dimension, validating technological feasibility and optimizing models for accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with clients across various sectors like Enterprise Analytics and Industrial IoT. The position is unique for its 'collegial leadership' culture, which avoids strict hierarchies in favor of self-organization and personal responsibility. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in applying Deep Learning and Machine Learning architectures, including Transformers.
- Proven experience in software development using Python and ML tools within cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Experience in Advanced Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning of LLMs, and orchestration of agents is preferred.
- Professional experience in strategic consulting or project coordination within Data & AI fields.
- Experience with industrial applications and handling complex data structures.

Additional
- Occasional travel to client sites is required. The role supports remote work and operates under a self-organized, non-hierarchical leadership model.
