Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production, testing, and commissioning of rail vehicles, acting as a technical bridge between the production site and the engineering team in Valenciennes. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings, bills of materials, and electrical documentation to ensure production feasibility. You will coordinate change requests based on electrical documents and provide critical feedback to specialized departments. A key part of the position includes participating in daily on-site electrical reviews to ensure quality and technical standards are met. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys being hands-on in a manufacturing environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or vocational training as an Electronics Technician, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister).

Experience

  • Professional experience in reading, checking, and evaluating technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams
  • Experience in reviewing technical documents and aligning them with production and quality standards
  • Experience in generating and coordinating change requests based on electrical documentation
  • Practical experience with electrical assemblies such as control cabinets or cable harnesses
