As a Project Quality Manager at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance of high-impact infrastructure and energy projects. Your daily activities include creating and maintaining project manuals, quality checklists, and procedural instructions, while ensuring their rigorous application throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee Quality Gates, advise program teams on quality standards, and actively promote a culture of quality excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in process optimization, audit preparation for ISO 9001 certification, and the moderation of Lessons Learned workshops.
