Job Summary

As a Bioanalyst, you will be responsible for the independent planning, execution, and documentation of method development and validation for bioanalytical procedures. Your daily work focuses on ligand-binding and cell-based assays to determine drug concentrations and anti-drug antibodies in various biological matrices. You will analyze clinical and preclinical samples while ensuring strict compliance with GLP and GCP guidelines. A significant part of the role involves optimizing laboratory processes, troubleshooting technical issues during assay development, and automating analytical methods using liquid-handling robotics. This position is ideal for a scientist who enjoys technical problem-solving and laboratory coordination within a regulated environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in natural sciences (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable field).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods under regulated conditions
  • Proven experience in quantitative or qualitative protein analysis in biological matrices
  • Experience in laboratory automation and liquid-handling systems is preferred
  • Experience working with GxP principles and relevant IT systems like LIMS or ELN
  • Professional experience in troubleshooting technical issues during assay development
