As a Bioanalyst, you will be responsible for the independent planning, execution, and documentation of method development and validation for bioanalytical procedures. Your daily work focuses on ligand-binding and cell-based assays to determine drug concentrations and anti-drug antibodies in various biological matrices. You will analyze clinical and preclinical samples while ensuring strict compliance with GLP and GCP guidelines. A significant part of the role involves optimizing laboratory processes, troubleshooting technical issues during assay development, and automating analytical methods using liquid-handling robotics.
