This role involves leading the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid through intelligent transfer stations. Operating out of Bayreuth, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial bid preparation and budget control to final customer acceptance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial project matters while continuously optimizing internal workflows and structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, State-Certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid
  • Practical knowledge of technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in full project lifecycle management including bid preparation and customer acceptance
  • Proven track record in technical and commercial project oversight
