Job Summary
As an Accounting and Billing Specialist at Digital Mobility Leasing GmbH, you will play a central role in the financial operations of a fast-growing leasing partner. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, verifying and posting invoices, and performing account reconciliations. You will also be actively involved in the billing process, dunning procedures, and the preparation of monthly financial statements. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter), or a comparable qualification such as a Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
Experience
- Initial to several years of professional experience in accounting and billing
- Professional experience in processing accounts payable and receivable
- Experience in invoice verification and account reconciliation
- Experience working with modern ERP systems and digital accounting processes
