Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician at NConsult GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming IT inquiries at the company's innovation hub in Frankfurt. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing rapid assistance for both hardware and software issues, documenting support tickets, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both internal teams and external clients. You will act as a critical filter, resolving fundamental technical challenges independently while escalating more complex matters to the 2nd level support team.
