Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for internal staff regarding technical and functional queries related to DATEV software within a well-established tax consultancy firm. You will support colleagues in the accounting, payroll, and tax departments by analyzing software issues, developing solutions, and optimizing digital workflows. A key part of the position is serving as an interface between internal IT, external service providers, and clients to ensure standardized processes and successful automation projects. The position is ideal for someone with a background in tax or business administration who enjoys problem-solving and process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial training with a tax background (e.g., Tax Assistant) or a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a tax consultancy or law firm environment
- Practical experience in accounting and payroll processing
- Advanced user experience with DATEV software
- Experience in analyzing technical problems and developing solutions
- Experience in project work related to digitalization or process standardization
