Job Summary

As a Materials Tester based in Bochum, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) on various materials to ensure structural integrity and quality standards. Your daily mission involves performing Magnetic Particle Testing (MT2) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT2), with the potential to also conduct Visual Testing (VT2). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work in an industrial setting. The position offers a highly attractive starting wage of €22.00 per hour plus bonuses, up to 30 days of vacation, and the stability of a permanent full-time contract. Required Skills

Education

Qualified Materials Tester with certifications in MT, UT, and VT (Level 1 or 2) according to DIN EN ISO 9712 preferred.

Experience

Professional experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures
Experience in Magnetic Particle (MT) and Ultrasonic (UT) testing methods
Experience in Visual Testing (VT) is preferred
Experience in crane operation and load slinging is an advantage
Proven ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Must be willing to work in a 3-shift or continuous shift system. Possession of a driver's license, personal vehicle, and forklift license is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
