Job Summary

This is a high-level leadership opportunity for an experienced Tax Consultant or Auditor to join FSP GmbH in Westerstede as a Partner. In this role, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, ranging from medium-sized to large enterprises, while taking on central management responsibilities. As part of a long-term succession planning strategy, you will work alongside existing partners to progressively take over business operations and drive further growth. The position is unique because it offers a direct path to equity partnership and business ownership within an established firm that operates nationwide and serves as a German tax representative for European companies. The firm provides a collaborative environment supported by over 40 employees and specialized sister companies in auditing and management consulting.
