Job Summary
As the Head of Finance Office for a Gymnasium and boarding school in Pegnitz, you will take on a vital administrative and financial leadership role starting September 2026. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the school and boarding house budgets, overseeing procurement and awarding processes, and handling invoice processing. You will be directly responsible for the cash office, including the billing of boarding and catering costs, as well as the execution of boarding contracts. Beyond finance, you will support HR matters and manage complaints regarding external service providers.
