Job Summary
As a Team Assistant in Laboratory Specialist Consulting, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations within one of Germany's most modern laboratory environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining master data, and acting as a primary point of contact for medical practices regarding billing and pre-analytics. You will also play a proactive role in acquiring new clients and optimizing internal processes. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in healthcare administration or medical laboratory environments
- Demonstrated experience in processing medical billing according to EBM and GOÄ standards
- Experience in independent office organization and correspondence management
- Experience in customer acquisition and client relationship management
- Proven reliability and flexibility in a team-oriented work environment
