Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Technician in Oberhausen, you will join an IT Operations team dedicated to onsite support and hardware rollouts. Your daily responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT devices, analyzing support requests, and providing practical solutions directly to users. You will be a key player in escalation management and hardware replacement projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting and direct customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT-Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or onsite service
- Practical experience in hardware rollouts and ticket processing
- Experience in supporting end-user devices and IT infrastructure
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B/BE driver's license required. Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term project starting immediately. Role involves travel to various client locations.
