Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for the City of Hürth, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure of local educational institutions. Your daily responsibilities include managing stationary and mobile devices such as PCs, tablets, and printers, as well as troubleshooting network components. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, performing error analysis and resolving problems either directly or by coordinating with external service providers. Beyond maintenance, you will support the rollout of new hardware and software systems and provide backup support for the City Hall IT team when necessary. Required Skills
Education
