As an IT Support Officer for the Back Office, you will serve as the primary point of contact for on-site IT staff across various rehabilitation clinics, bridging the gap between central IT administration and local facilities. Your daily responsibilities include managing the flow of information regarding IT processes and projects, creating technical concepts and training manuals, and coordinating team activities such as knowledge management. You will also provide remote support and cover for on-site staff during absences.
