Job Summary
Based at the Düsseldorf headquarters, this role involves the technical assembly, pre-configuration, and maintenance of Multitone's specialized communication and personal protection systems. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of technical support, from initial system setup and remote maintenance to on-site implementation and complex error analysis. A significant portion of the role involves technical phone support and building test systems to replicate performance features. This position is ideal for a customer-oriented technician who enjoys troubleshooting and working with radio-based information technology. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Communication Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, network, telecommunications, or radio technology
- Experience in using measurement tools for systematic troubleshooting and professional repairs
- Experience in technical customer service and telephone support
- Experience in system assembly and pre-configuration

- Valid Class B driver's license (or equivalent) required. Willingness for occasional field-based implementation and measurement testing.
