Job Summary
As the Lead for Commissioning, you will play a pivotal role in the production of high-precision microchip and semiconductor technologies. You will be responsible for the planning, organization, and disciplinary leadership of multiple commissioning teams, ensuring that machines, systems, and modules are built on time and to the highest quality standards. Your daily activities involve managing personnel development, conducting performance reviews, and training new employees and apprentices. Beyond leadership, you will drive continuous improvement by optimizing manufacturing costs, lead times, and productivity while maintaining strict adherence to DIN ISO 9001 quality standards and safety regulations. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in a high-tech environment and enjoys bridging the gap between hands-on technical assembly and strategic production management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in the electrical field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a production environment
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in device construction for microelectronics or microsystems technology
- Experience in designing, optimizing, and documenting work systems and workflows
