Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor at Aspen's Bad Oldesloe production site, you will be responsible for steering the smooth operation of the entire filling and packaging department. You will act as one of four shift leaders, providing both operational and disciplinary leadership to your team while ensuring production and service targets are met. Your daily activities include resource planning, managing employee attendance, and maintaining high motivation through active presence on the production lines. You will oversee material and machine availability, monitor process and quality KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coordinating across departments and managing professional shift handovers. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, Food Technology Specialist, Industrial Mechanic, or Warehouse Logistics Specialist). Ideally supplemented by further qualification as an Industrial Master (Industriemeister), Technician, or a comparable university degree.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a team lead or deputy shift supervisor
- Experience in managing technical processes and business-related production metrics
- Professional experience in filling and packaging operations

- Must be willing to work in a shift system (early and late shifts), with occasional night shifts and weekend work as required. Location: Bad Oldesloe (between Lübeck and Hamburg).
