You will be responsible for evaluating laboratory analysis results, providing expert advice on operational hygiene, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through rapid feedback. Beyond technical consulting, you will drive the economic efficiency of your department by monitoring key performance indicators and optimizing workflows.
