Job Summary

As a Team Lead at Tentamus Group, you will oversee a dedicated team of 7 to 10 employees within the technical microbiology and hygiene department. Your daily responsibilities involve managing customer relationships for clients in the food industry (such as bakeries and butcheries) and operators of ventilation systems. You will be responsible for evaluating laboratory analysis results, providing expert advice on operational hygiene, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through rapid feedback. Beyond technical consulting, you will drive the economic efficiency of your department by monitoring key performance indicators and optimizing workflows. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys structured work, clear decision-making, and contributing to consumer protection. The position offers a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, flexible working hours, and opportunities for mobile work.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in natural sciences (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Oecotrophology) or a comparable qualification with a food industry background (e.g., Food Technician, Master Baker, Master Butcher).

Experience

  • Professional leadership experience in managing teams of 7-10 employees
  • Extensive experience in hygiene, microbiology, and quality assurance within the food or technical sectors
  • Proven track record in customer service and professional consulting
  • Experience in evaluating laboratory results and providing technical recommendations
