Job Summary

As a Program and Project Manager at Wörwag Pharma, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects within technology transfer, optimization, and compliance. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or Chemical Engineering, or a Master's degree/State Examination in Natural Sciences or Engineering.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, active ingredient synthesis, or related fields such as production, quality, or regulatory affairs
  • Proven project management skills and experience in leading pharmaceutical projects
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical drug development is considered an advantage
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project documentation from start to finish
