Job Summary
As a Program and Project Manager at Wörwag Pharma, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects within technology transfer, optimization, and compliance. Your day-to-day activities involve planning and monitoring TT and OPT programs, maintaining project documentation in MS Project, and coordinating with procurement and supply chain strategies. You will serve as a central communicator, reporting project statuses across all organizational levels while ensuring that activities align with broader company initiatives and economic goals. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or Chemical Engineering, or a Master's degree/State Examination in Natural Sciences or Engineering.
Experience
- 4-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, active ingredient synthesis, or related fields such as production, quality, or regulatory affairs
- Proven project management skills and experience in leading pharmaceutical projects
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical drug development is considered an advantage
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project documentation from start to finish
