Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician in a modern, large-scale dairy facility in Mechernich, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting raw milk analyses, sensory evaluations of products, and specialized tests on cleaning and disinfection solutions, as well as drinking and process water. Key responsibilities also include the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, along with participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing. Candidates should possess a completed education as a chemical laboratory technician or equivalent, significant professional experience in the food industry, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays.
