Job Summary

As an Electrical Master Craftsman, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, as well as performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year induction phase, which involves a field-based rotation (2 weeks on-site, 1 week home) to gain deep practical knowledge of customer systems and team dynamics before transitioning into a more stationary disposition role. Education

Completed vocational training and certification as an Electrical Master Craftsman (Elektromeister).

Experience

  • Practical experience with electrical circuit diagrams and control technology
  • Experience in on-site assembly and commissioning of industrial machinery
