Job Summary

As a Field Service / Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up and configuring IT workstations, including Teams telephony, and supporting IT rollouts and office relocations. You will also be responsible for the installation, exchange, and support of hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, peripherals, and conference technology. This role involves managing IT equipment, maintaining asset management records, and processing IT tickets in systems like ServiceNow. You will analyze and resolve hardware and software problems directly on-site, provide support for mobile devices using MDM systems like Intune, and handle Dell notebook setups. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Management Assistant) or relevant practical experience.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in IT user support, ideally in onsite service
  • Practical experience in IT support (for career changers)
