Job Summary
As a Junior IT Systems Electronic Technician based in Wolnzach, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding the company's technical infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the physical setup and expansion of network infrastructures, such as cable laying and server rack installation, as well as the configuration of hardware components like switches, routers, and IP cameras. You will also manage user administration within Windows environments, handle 1st level support tickets, and set up IT workstations including mobile devices and cloud-based telephone systems. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong technical foundation who enjoys hands-on hardware tasks alongside software configuration. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft environments including Client, Server, and Cloud services
- Experience in 1st level support via telephone, email, and ticket systems
- Practical experience in network installation and hardware commissioning
- Experience in configuring mobile devices and peripheral hardware like label printers
