Job Summary

As the Head of Quality Control in Dresden, you will lead the quality control laboratory in accordance with EU-GMP guidelines and the AMWHV. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring GMP compliance, managing laboratory personnel training, and overseeing the testing and release of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods across the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical sectors. You will be responsible for the qualification and calibration of testing equipment, the validation of analytical methods, and the technical processing of complaints and deviations. This role is highly collaborative, involving participation in customer audits, self-inspections, and interdisciplinary development projects.
