Job Summary

As a Building Services Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the reliability and availability of technical building systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing and optimizing maintenance processes, conducting root cause analyses (RCA) to prevent malfunctions, and overseeing the implementation of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. You will act as a key liaison between facility management, technical teams, and operations to drive continuous improvement. This role is highly collaborative and involves coordinating external service providers and documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant availability. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, 30 days of annual leave, and a strong focus on professional development through individual training and feedback cycles within a globally recognized engineering service provider.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a comparable technical function
  • Proven experience in applying analysis and optimization methods such as FMEA and RCA
  • Extensive experience with building services standards, guidelines, and legal regulations
  • Professional experience in coordinating and managing external service providers and suppliers
