Job Summary

As a Building Services Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the reliability and availability of technical building systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing and optimizing maintenance processes, conducting root cause analyses (RCA) to prevent malfunctions, and overseeing the implementation of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. You will act as a key liaison between facility management, technical teams, and operations to drive continuous improvement. This role is highly collaborative and involves coordinating external service providers and documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant availability.
