This role involves the strategic planning and implementation of concepts to enhance operational safety and plant availability within building services. As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analyses (RCA) for malfunctions, and implementing sustainable improvement measures. A key part of your daily routine will involve managing condition-based and predictive maintenance systems while collaborating across departments with technical, operations, and facility management teams. You will also coordinate external service providers and present key performance indicators regarding system reliability. Required Skills

Education
