Job Summary

As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the independent and timely execution of function and performance tests on diagnostic devices using wet testing methods. This role involves comprehensive preparation and follow-up, ensuring all results are checked for plausibility and completeness before batch release. You will play a critical role in maintaining GMP-compliant workflows, documenting results in IT systems, and managing deviations (OoS) through root cause analysis and CAPA measures. Beyond routine testing, you will support the creation of testing regulations, participate in continuous improvement projects, and ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on laboratory work and rigorous quality documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Biology Laboratory Assistant (BTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 3 years in quality control or laboratory environments
  • Professional experience in performing function and performance tests on diagnostic equipment
  • Experience in GMP-compliant documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in root cause analysis and handling deviations (OoS)
  • Experience in training staff and supporting internal/external audits
