Job Summary

In this role, you will take responsibility for the comprehensive technical management and monitoring of building systems within the Rhine-Neckar region. Your daily activities involve overseeing critical infrastructure including HVAC, heating, UPS, emergency power systems, refrigeration, lighting, and fire alarm systems. You will perform minor maintenance and repair work while coordinating external service providers and on-site technicians. A significant portion of the role involves budget planning, invoice verification, and technical documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical facility management for commercial real estate is preferred
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers and technicians
  • Experience in budget planning, administration, and control within a facility management context
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and monitoring of building technical systems
