Job Summary

In this role, you will take responsibility for the comprehensive technical management and monitoring of building systems within the Rhine-Neckar region. Your daily activities involve overseeing critical infrastructure including HVAC, heating, UPS, emergency power systems, refrigeration, lighting, and fire alarm systems. You will perform minor maintenance and repair work while coordinating external service providers and on-site technicians.
