Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive design and development of complex embedded systems within a professional engineering environment. As a Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing systems, selecting optimized components, and creating circuit diagrams that meet strict EMC and industry standards. Your daily activities will include performing commissioning, functional, and integration tests, as well as conducting layout reviews and maintaining technical documentation. You will work closely with software development, manufacturing, and quality management teams to ensure products move successfully from prototype to production. This position is particularly attractive due to its focus on innovation and prototyping new technologies, supported by a structured product life cycle management (PLM) approach. The company offers a permanent contract, a strong focus on professional development through individual training, and a collaborative culture with 30 days of annual leave.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in hardware and electronics development
  • Extensive experience in PCB design and circuit development
  • Proven experience with CAD tools such as Mentor DxDesigner and Expedition
  • Professional experience in commissioning and conducting functional, integration, and EMC tests
  • Experience in hardware-related software development (FPGA or driver programming) is an advantage
