As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing both on-site and remote technical support to a diverse client base of over 1,500 customers. Your daily activities involve managing virtualized IT environments using VMware and Hyper-V, and handling the installation and administration of Windows and Exchange Servers. You will be tasked with creating Group Policies, managing network infrastructures including routing and switching, and maintaining technical documentation.
